Why do you need to exfoliate in the first place?
Well, after about 25 days your skin cells start to shed, making room for the new skin cells. But while the old skin cells remain attached to the surface of your skin it can create an uneven and dull appearance.
You can help to shed those cells faster by exfoliating. This helps ensure that your rich moisturiser is more effective because it doesn’t have to penetrate a layer of dead skin cells first.
