PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:

RETURNS:
If for any reason goods you receive are not those ordered or are faulty in some way, you must e-mail us within 48 hours of your receipt, and return them unused and in original packing within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. The packaging will need to be examined for damage. We will reimburse you for this return postage, and your exchange goods will be shipped free of charge, provided the weight of the new package is not more than the original.
If you wish to return goods because of a change of mind you must e-mail us within 48 hours of your receipt, return them unused and in original packing within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return postage. We would welcome your feed-back on why your goods disappointed you, so please do let us know.
SPECIAL OFFERS:
Where a special offer price applies to several items in an offer, then it only applies if all items in the offer are kept. If you choose to return part of the special offer, the refund value will equal the difference between the price of the complete offer and the original prices of items you keep.
DELIVERY:
For most of our merchandise, you can expect it to be despatched within 3 days. Delivery is totally dependent on local postal services, but we would expect Irish or UK addresses to receive deliveries within 3 days of despatch. For other destinations, shipping will take longer . If stock is unavailable of a particular item your order may be delayed before despatch, and we will contact you. All prices are displayed in Euro and all billing will be in Euro at an exchange rate determined by your Credit Card Company. There is a sterling exchange facility on the website for your convenience, and this is at a rate approximate, but not exactly equal, to the current one.
EXCHANGE:
We realise that one or more items in your giftbox may not be your personal choice and will try to facilitate you in an exchange. Please email or phone us to arrange this within 10 working days of receipt of your gift. We cannot exchange beyond this time, and your goods must be in perfect resaleable condition. No monetary value will be extended, and you will be responsible for all postage costs.
SHIPPING RATES:
The shipping is charged based on a composite of the order value & its associated weight. This will be indicated at the shopping cart. Postage charges apply up to 2kg. In the case of multiple gift boxes sent to one address, there may be an extra charge because of weight. We will contact you in this case.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment by Laser Card, Visa and Mastercard. We use a Secure Payment Environment approved in advance by the bank and adhering to the Bank’s security measures. Your order will be despatched upon receipt of such payment.
All prices are in Euro and if you are shopping from outside the Euro zone, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. If you prefer to give your credit card details over the phone, then please phone: +353-1-4055230.

Gifted by Nature Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information which you provide us with will not be passed onto any third party. We do not use our mailing list for any other purpose than to maintain our personal service to you by contacting you in relation to your order or informing you of special offers. Your phone number is required on the Shopping Page for Shipping and Delivery reasons in case there is a problem with delivering to the recipient.
