Egg on Your Face!!
Yes, it’s true – we’re positively encouraging you to try some egg on your face!
(Unless you are allergic to eggs of course)
Egg yolks are a rich source of vitamin A, which is excellent for healing flaws in the skin.
Vitamin A has retinoids or Retin A, which is used to help skin shedding, regulate the amount of skin produced, and helps stop pores from clogging.
Egg Yolks also have 13 cis retinol which helps reduce oil production and bacteria that can cause acne.
Egg whites can help to narrow the pores in your face and can be used as a base mixture to create excellent face masks.
You can use the egg white or yolk on its own (egg yolk is good for dry / mature skin while egg white is good for oily skin)
You can greatly increase the benefits by making your egg mask with our very popular French Green Clay
which in itself is fantastic to draw out impurities, improve circulation and complexion, and to help anti-ageing.
1 Tablespoon French Green clay
1 Egg yolk
1 Teaspoon of Water
Simply whisk the egg with water, and add a little at a time to the clay until desired consistency is reached. (not too runny!)
